Services
In addition to traditional Swedish massage, we offer a variety of specialty services, all priced equally to ensure a customized experience tailored to your needs each visit. The only price variation depends on the provider you book with, ensuring clear and consistent pricing.

Deep Tissue/Treatment
A deep tissue/treatment massage uses firm pressure and targeted techniques to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and enhance mobility. It focuses on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, aiming to address specific issues like stiffness and injury recovery, while promoting overall relaxation and well-being.

Graston
Graston Technique uses stainless steel instruments to detect and treat soft tissue restrictions, scar tissue, and chronic inflammation. It aims to break down adhesions, relieve pain, improve mobility, and accelerate healing in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Graston therapy can leave temporary marks on the skin that typically fade within a few days.

Intraoral
Intraoral massage involves gentle manipulation of the muscles and connective tissues inside the mouth, jaw, and face to release tension and improve mobility. This technique is particularly effective for relieving symptoms associated with temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ), such as jaw pain, headaches, and restricted movement. Intraoral massage can also help reduce tension related to teeth grinding, stress, and neck pain, promoting overall relaxation.

Pregnancy
Pregnancy Massage is a specialized form of massage therapy designed to support the unique needs of expectant mothers. Depending on comfort and preference, this massage can be performed in a side-lying position or using a specialty bolster that allows for safe, face-down positioning. It focuses on relieving common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, swollen joints, and muscle tension while promoting relaxation and overall well-being.

Cupping
Cupping therapy is a traditional healing technique that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This suction helps to lift and separate the layers of tissue, promoting increased blood flow, and reducing muscle tension. It is commonly used to relieve pain, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Cupping therapy can leave temporary marks on the skin that typically fade within a few days, and it is often integrated into massage sessions for enhanced therapeutic benefits.

Thai fusion
Table Thai Massage is a unique therapeutic technique that combines traditional Thai massage principles with the use of a massage table. This approach focuses on deep stretching and pressure-point work to relieve tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance in the body. It is performed fully clothed with no oils, or incorporated into traditional massage. It is ideal for those seeking a dynamic and rejuvenating experience. Whether you're targeting stress relief or improved mobility, Table Thai Massage provides a tailored and invigorating solution.
